Alexander R. P. Babinek studied law at the University of Vienna. He then completed the post-graduate programme “Master of Business Law (Corporate Law)” at the Executive Academy of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He joined CMS as an associate in 2011. Alexander Babinek has authored works on corporate law and primarily works in the fields of corporate law, M&A, law on foundations and private clients. He is fluent in German, English and Italian and has good command of Spanish.
