Alexander Rakosi is senior attorney at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz and a member of our transactions team in Vienna. After completing his legal studies at the University of Vienna’s School of Law and the University of Michigan Law School (LL.M.) he worked at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York for more than 3 years, primarily advising multinational companies and leading investment banks in the areas of M&A, private equity and corporate finance. Alexander Rakosi speaks German and English and is also admitted to the bar in England and Wales as well as in New York.
