| The European M&A market has stabilised again - this is the core finding of the CMS European M&A Study 2010 recently published by the CMS alliance, of which the Vienna-based international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz is a member. This M&A survey is the first to look at the way the Lehman insolvency and the subprime crisis have affected legal contracts in M&A transactions. The study is a follow-up of the first Europe-wide CMS M&A Survey 2009, which was received with great interest.
