CMS Team Advises on Complex UK Hotel Deal |

CMS’ real estate team advised PRUPIM, one of the top global real estate investment managers, on the acquisition of 44 hotels of the pub and pub restaurant operator Mitchells & Butlers. The GBP 81 m deal includes a lease agreement between PRUPIM and the British hotel chain Travelodge, which will run the hotels.
This complex deal, which was even reported on by the renowned British newspaper “The Times”, was completed successfully thanks to the professional coordination and extensive industry know-how of the CMS team.
