CMS advises Hypo Alpe Adria on sale of Croatian AluFlexPack and TLM-TVP

CMS advises Hypo Alpe Adria on sale of Croatian AluFlexPack and TLM-TVP
Industrial group Montana Tech Components AG (MTC) recently announced plans to acquire the two largest Croatian aluminium companies Aluflexpack and TLM-TVP. CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz advised seller Hypo Alpe Adria during the sale and auction process. The purchase is yet to be approved by regulators, closing of the deal is expected in the next months.
