CMS advises Zumtobel on refinancing
International law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz advised Zumtobel Group on the conclusion of a syndicated loan contract worth EUR 500,000,000. Commerzbank, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit Bank Austria acted as lead arrangers and bookrunners.
