| The international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz was the legal counsel for the internationally operating private equity firm BC Partners on the acquisition of FutureLAB Holding GmbH. 100 percent of shares in FutureLAB were transferred to a fund advised by BC Partners (provisionally subject to a condition precedent). A CMS team with members from a total of six countries dealt with this cross-border transaction. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
