 CMS advises DBAG on sale of MCE AG

| Deutsche Beteiligungs AG has sold its share in MCE Group to Bilfinger Berger AG. The total purchase price amounted to EUR 350 million. The international law firm CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz advised seller DBAG and has thus managed one of the largest Austrian M&A transactions of the current year.
