Clemens Grossmayer is admitted to the bar in Austria and is member of the transactions department. He joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in 2005. Clemens is primarily advising in the context of (international) M&A transactions, corporate finance and general corporate law. His dissertation on a reorganizational topic has been awarded with, amongst others, the Walther-Kastner-Prize 2010 of the Austrian Bankers’ Association. He is regularly publishing in the field of corporate law. He is fluent in German and English.
