Dieter Zandler is an Senior Attorney with CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Vienna. His main areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, antitrust law and the law on public takeovers. Dieter holds a doctorate from the University of Salzburg as well as a Master of Laws from Central European University in Budapest and received his legal education at universities in Austria, the US, Hungary and China. Prior to joining CMS, he clerked at the Austrian cartel court and has been an intern with two well known international law firms in Vienna. Dieter speaks German, English and French and has a basic knowledge of Italian and Hungarian.
