Doene Yalçın is senior attorney at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna, where she heads the Turkish department. She primarily advises clients on international business law, commercial and corporate law and all questions relating to international private law, real estate and building law. Before joining CMS, Doene Yalçın worked at leading law firms in Austria and Turkey (Istanbul), where she gained valuable experience and made important contacts for accompanying Austrian and European investors expanding into the Turkish market and also for assisting Turkish investors in establishing businesses in Austria and the EU. Doene Yalçın is vice president of the Austrian-Turkish economic forum (Oesterreichisch Tuerkisches Wirtschaftsforum OeTW). She speaks Turkish, German and English.
