Gentscho Pavlov has joined CMS in 2003. He is local partner since 2007 and head of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, Sofia, since the office opening in 2004. He graduated in law from the University of Vienna and validated his diploma in Bulgaria. Gentscho Pavlov is admitted to the Bulgarian Bar and specializes in banking and finance, corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, as well as in real estate and tax. He speaks German, English, Russian and Bulgarian.
