| CMS advised international private equity companies Advent International and Turkven Private Equity on the sale of a 71.5 percent stake in the Turkish edgeband manufacturer Roma Plastik to EGGER, a supplier of solid woods and wood-based materials from Tyrol, Austria. Roma Plastik is among the leading international producers of PVC, melamine and ABS edgebands used for manufacturing furniture.
