Johannes Hysek is a well known real estate lawyer. He has advised since many years on a wide range of national and international real estate transactions (including mortgage secured syndicated loan agreements), privatisations and several corporate restructurings. In the area of real estate law, he further advised domestic and foreign clients in the context of loans, sale of industrial premises, acquisitions of real estate portfolios and development projects. Johannes Hysek is admitted to the Austrian bar since 2002 and speaks German and English.
