Johannes Juranek has extensive experience in handling complex lawsuits, in particular for clients from the technology and consumer products sector. He represents Austrian and international companies in courts of law and arbitration courts, primarily in cases involving contractual, licensing and competition law. During his nearly 20 years as an attorney, Johannes Juranek has authored a number of publications on copyright and publishing law. He is also member of the boards of directors of three private foundations and is legal counsel to an internationally active music publishing house.
