Kateryna Melnikova has key expertise in real estate and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her Master of Laws degree at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2004. She is currently also completing a part-time LLM programme in Advanced Commercial Property Law at Northumbria University’s School of Law in New Castle, UK.
Prior to joining CMS, Kateryna Melnikova was an associate at several law firms in Kyiv. She is also the author of a number of articles on various real-estate topics and participated in various M&A projects in the land and development sector. Kateryna Melnikova speaks Ukrainian, English, German and Russian.
