Maria Orlyk is an experienced Ukrainian attorney who holds a LL.M. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law (USA) as well as Master’s degree in International Law and a diploma of professional translator (English/Ukrainian) from Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University. She joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Kyiv in 2006. Maria’s areas of specialization include, Corporate Law (Mergers & Acquisitions), Competition Law, Real Estate. She worked with two Ukrainian top law firms and as a Legal Expert at EuropeAid Tacis Project “Legal Training in Ukraine” in the past years, and also interned with a law firm in Washington DC. Maria was admitted to the Ukrainian Bar in 2007 and speaks, Ukrainian, Russian, English and Italian.
