Nataša Zavišin is local partner of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hasche Sigle in Belgrade and head of the CMS Belgrade corporate practice. She has also been involved in securities and financial practice areas, including extensive involvement in the mergers and acquisitions field. She represented acquirers (both Serbian and non-Serbian), targets and financial advisors in a large number of mergers, acquisitions, takeovers (friendly and hostile), buyouts, privatizations and joint ventures. She has been directly involved in all phases of these transactions, including initial planning, structuring, negotiation, implementation and advice. Among the industries in which Ms. Zavišin has had substantial transactional involvement are retail, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage and banking. The list of her long standing clients include Henkel, InBev, Michelin, Hemofarm-Stada, Unicredito, Mercator and Erste Bank among many others.
