CMS, China appointed Nicolas Zhu as partner and as head of the CMS, China Lifesciences sector group. He will be based in the CMS Shanghai office. Nicolas joined CMS in 2002, and his main areas of expertise are mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as intellectual property (IP). Since he has extensive experience working with clients from the life sciences sector, he will also lead the relevant group in China. Furthermore, Nicolas has thorough experience regarding tax and transfer pricing issues in China.
