Nikolaus is partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz and heads up the Real Estate and Construction team. He has extensive experience in advising on commercial property, building law, real estate, litigation and arbitration in construction, insolvency and European Community law. He holds numerous seminars in construction and real estate law and he is author of several books on construction law.
Nikolaus had been elected by the well known Journal ‘Immobilien Magazin’ among ‘The Top 100 people’ within the Real Estate branch in Austria several times.
