Jens Winter joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in September 2008. After obtaining a doctoral degree with honours at the University of Vienna’s law school in 2005, he worked at a law firm in Vienna specialised in labour law where he gained valuable experience in this field. Between 2006 and 2008 he was assistant professor at the institute for labour and social security law of the University of Vienna. At CMS, Jens Winter advises national and international companies primarily in matters of individual and collective labour law. As an author of numerous publications on labour law, he is frequently asked to lecture on this topic. Since September 2008, he has also been teaching labour and social security law at the University of Vienna. He speaks German and English.
