Egon Engin-Deniz is among Europe’s leading specialists for the coordination of complex multi-jurisdiction litigation. He is a speaker on both national and international conventions in trademark and copyright law. Egon Engin-Deniz is delegate to the International Trademark Association (INTA), the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) and Chairman of the MARQUES Cyberspace Team (the European Brand Owners Association).He is author of the recently published Commentary on Austrian Trademark law (2005) and the news access right (2008).
