Peter Šimo is a local partner for CMS in Bratislava. Peter is a member of the international Transaction Team and has more than 7 years of experience in Central and Eastern Europe, predominantly in Slovakia. He is specialized on banking & finance and real estate transactions in which he has represented many international clients. Furthermore, in 2005/2006 he worked at CMS Hasche Sigle in Moscow advising in particular clients from German speaking countries investing in Russia. Peter is admitted to the Austrian as well as the Slovak bar.
