Philipp Mark studied law at the University of Vienna, where he specialised in European law. He then went on to obtain a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and international commercial law.
After concluding his studies, he worked at a highly renowned law firm in Vienna before joining CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as an associate in October 2010. Philipp Mark primarily works in the fields of banking and capital markets law as well as corporate law. He is fluent in German and English.
