Sibylle Novak is an expert in national and international tax law. She is one of the few lawyers in Austria also to be admitted as a tax advisor, and has more than 15 years’ experience in the field. Her work focuses on optimising transactions, M&A deals, restructurings, private foundations and the tax law aspects of private equity and venture capital deals.
