Stojan Semiz is a local partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hasche Sigle in Belgrade where he specializes in mergers & acquisitions and strategic transactions principally in the real estate sector. He is head of the CMS Belgrade real estate and commercial property practise and has been active in many significant transactions in those sectors. He has broad experience in restructurings, divestitures, buyouts, strategic joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and development of significant properties and portfolios. In the leasing area, Mr. Semiz has represented several clients in connection with their headquarter leases. He has also handled all leasing activities for several major landlords in the City of Belgrade.
