Tamara Stručić is associate for CMS in Zagreb. Before joining the team in 2010, she worked as a legal advisor for the union of public servants in higher education for three years and then for six years as a tax consultant in a reputable audit company advising and assisting clients on cross-border transactions, the application of double taxation treaties, company restructurings, indirect taxes and tax inspections. She also holds the UK professional qualification for chartered certified accountants from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Tamara Stručić primarily works on tax law (international and domestic tax law, corporate profit tax, personal income tax, VAT and customs) and speaks English, German and Croatian.
