Thomas Hamerl is specialised in public private partnerships (PPP), national and international building projects, public procurement law and anti-trust law. He gained much experience as in-house counsel at an international building group, where he headed the legal department as well as the company-wide “Legal Practice Group PPP”. At CMS, he represents clients at national and international arbitration courts.
