Tomaž Petrovič is a lawyer for CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Ljubljana. He completed his law degree at the University of Ljubljana in 1997 and subsequently a post graduate diploma. Since 2001, Tomaž Petrovič has been registered as an independent lawyer for the Slovenian Bar Association and has already worked as a managing partner in a renowned law firm. He has published numerous articles in both national and international journals and co-authored a book in the field of international company law. His focus is on regulatory law, public procurements, company law (M&A), insolvency law, employment law, contract law, litigation, public law and PPP.
