Radivoje Petrikić is partner at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna and heads the CMS offices in Belgrade and Sarajevo. As an expert in the field of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law as well as finance and project finance, he has more than 15 years of distinguished working experience in major commercial transactions and development projects throughout the CEE region. Radivoje obtained his university Masters and PhD degrees at the University of Vienna and the University of Belgrade. He is qualified lawyer in Austria and Serbia.
